    Syntelligent is seeking a JR Reports Writer to support DoD an existing Contract in Bethesda, MD.
    Junior report writer will provide direct support to NMEC Operations, specifically the Reporting, Production, and Dissemination (RPD) team, by producing a minimum of 2 Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) each week. Reports will be clear, concise, grammatically correct, and will consist of relevant document and media exploitation (DOMEX) findings based on priority intelligence requirements as leveraged by the government. Junior reports officers should expect to learn the DOMEX process and provide administrative support to senior reports writers, staff officers, and senior government leadership.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • A minimum of 2 IIRs per week using the standards outlined in the NMEC strategy.
    • Conduct research on operational data to enhance the intelligence value of out-going products.
    • Learn and implement the process required to engage with NMEC partners and embedded analysts.
    • Maintain accurate ownership of active collections and learn to identify key reporting elements of information.



    • At least 3 years’ experience in DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or Law Enforcement Agency.
    • Demonstrate very strong written communication skills.
    • Proven experience with all Microsoft Office programs.
    • (REQUIRED) Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher DIE Certification) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire (


    Preferred Experience and Education:

    • Knowledge of DIA organization and structure.
    • Experience using HOTR and IC related research tools.
    • Bachelor’s Degree or previous military experience


    Security Requirement:
    • TS/SCI - Selected candidate must be able to sit for and pass the CI Poly prior to start.
