Responsibilities

Syntelligent is seeking a Management Program Analyst- (Mid Level) for upcoming work supporting the FBI in both Washington, DC and/or McLean, VA.  All candidates must possess an active Top Secret Security clearance at the time of award, with the ability to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) after award.
 

The Management Program Analyst- shall support the mission of the Counterterrorism Division, FBI’s NJTTF Correctional Intelligence Program (CIP), by providing qualified personnel to review and monitor terrorism related inmates. This person must have a solid background in techniques utilized in Counterintelligence and/or Counterterrorism investigations, awareness of current national security threats, an understanding of terrorist groups and the extremist mindset; as well as recognition of actionable intelligence. This person shall have superb liaison skills in order to leverage all FBI resources and other agency resources available on the NJTTF, in order to effectively process orders for assigned inmates.  This person shall be extremely organized and articulate in their oral and written communication, so that FBI documentation of the inmates’ communications can withstand legal challenges frequently leveraged against the United States by this inmate population. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

This person shall

  • Support the NJTTF by providing terrorist related threats and suspicious activity information to stakeholders; expeditiously disseminating the information throughout the intelligence community; and conducting trend/ pattern analysis to assist the FBI in preventing terrorist attacks.
  • Be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications to include Access and Outlook.
  • Move data from one enclave and must be able to take multiple documents and formulate concise responses.
  • Shall have good interpersonal skills, as much of the work is coordinating with other units within the FBI and other agencies.
  • Shall have some investigative or operational background and have worked previously in an operations center.
  • Must be able to perform in-depth research to provide an overview of threat information.
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in order to tactfully and persuasively advise and guide executive management relative to a variety of issues which can be delicate in nature; make presentations; and prepare complete, clear, and concise formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs that are distributed throughout the Bureau.
 

Qualifications

Required Experience:

 

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field or higher from an accredited college or university or three (3) years relevant work experience in business management, project management, financial management, business analysis, or systems engineering.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge and experience with government regulations, policies, and limitations within their scope of responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience oral communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
  • Demonstrate written communication skills sufficient to explain actions taken and rationale behind actions and recommendations. Knowledgeable with software programs such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel Access).
