Syntelligent is seeking a Mid- Level All Source Intelligence Analysts for upcoming work supporting USSTRATCOM/J2 in Offutt, NE

The All-Source Cyberspace Intelligence professionals will support the USSTRATCOM Joint Intelligence Operations Center (STRATJIOC) in providing organic intelligence resources to support and maintain awareness of specific adversary intentions, capabilities, and threats. The STRATJIOC requires All Source intelligence analysis to focus on characterizing adversary cyberspace capability as they relate to Indications and Warning (I&W), Space/Counterspace, Electronic Warfare (EW), threats to USSTRATCOM networks and critical infrastructure, and using the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operating Environment (JIPOE) process related to USSTRATCOM Operational Plans. You will be required to ensure analysis and production results are captured in working aids, I&W alerts, intelligence summaries and articles, briefings, and other intelligence products. You will also be required to support USSTRATCOM intelligence processes critical to near-, mid-, and long-term efforts for the Command and assigned Components/Task Forces

  • Provide advisory and assistance services on cyberspace threats and capabilities that support USSTRATCOM's I&W, Space/Counterspace, EW, JIPOE requirements, and situational awareness of cyberspace threats to critical USSTRATCOM networks and infrastructure required to achieve its mission.
  • Provide All Source intelligence support to the Headquarters Staff, component Commands, and the USSTRATCOM Joint Cyber Cell (JCC).
  • Conduct All Source intelligence research and analysis, synthesize large quantities of complex data, and author intelligence products that conform to Director of National Intelligence (DNI), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and USSTRATCOM standards for tradecraft and format.
  • Inform the Government of urgent and important cyber-related information such as threat I&W or similar time-sensitive information, and use JIOC processes to assess, characterize, and disseminate the information to USSTRATCOM senior leaders using Government directed formats and compliant with all aspects of the DIA Analytic Quality Framework.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with analysts across the IC and DoD to develop collection and production requirements that address USSTRATCOM needs and provide evaluation/feedback of serialized IC reporting to inform collectors of the value of the information.
  • Support all assigned staffing tasks, including those from informal and formal tasking mechanism such as COLISEUM, Task Management Tool (TMT), and e-Task for coordination and action.
  • Provide inputs to government administrative products including production reports and statistics, trend data, maintaining web-based sites and portals, maintaining mission databases, analytical visualization tools, and weekly activity reports.
  • Build and maintain continuity books, standard operating procedures (SOP), spreadsheets and visualization charts such as Analyst Notebook to ensure all research and background knowledge is captured and documented.
  • Conduct extensive research and analysis of foreign use of cyberspace capabilities to conduct computer network attack or computer network exploitation of critical infrastructure and USSTRATCOM Nuclear Command, Control and Computer (NC3) systems
  • Provide intelligence support to all aspect of deliberate planning and crisis action planning, including Joint Planning Groups (JPG), Operations Planning Groups (OPT), and Crisis Analytic Team (CAT) activities, including conducting cyberspace portions of the JIPOE process and produce System of System Analysis (SoSA), "horse blankets", and all other directed products and deliverables.
  • Provide intelligence support for USSTRATCOM related Cyber Mission Force (CMF), including Combat Mission Teams (CMT) and Cyber


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Five years of experience as an All Source intelligence analyst with at least three years of experience/expertise in a specific country/area.
  • Two years of experience as an All Source intelligence analyst focused on characterizing the Cyberspace capabilities, activities, actions, and intent in specific country/area of expertise.
  • Analytical experience authoring products according to current DNI and DIA tradecraft and formats.
  • Expertise analyzing and evaluation changes in adversary cyberspace doctrine; capability and intent; tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP); threats; and requirements.
  • Expertise conducting extensive research and analysis of foreign use of cyberspace capabilities as they relate to USSTRATCOM missions, e.g., Space/Counterspace strategy, EW, doctrine, tactics, capabilities, and operations.
  • Expertise as an all source analyst providing strategic level cyberspace-related intelligence support at the Joint Staff, DIA, and Combatant Command, or General/Flag Officer Joint Task Force.
  • Ability to travel to various locations within the Continental United States (CONUS); the Government anticipates approximately five (5) trips per calendar year
  • TS/SCI Security Clearance
