    Syntelligent is seeking Cartographic Analysts (Bathymetric)- Journeymen to support this awarded and funded contract to support the Maritime Safety Office (SFH) in DC Metro Area. The role of the Maritime Safety Office is to provide both digital and hardcopy maritime products, services, and data to support worldwide Safety of Navigation. Positions open are day shift and the second shift (2nd shift is generally 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.) M-F



    Required/Desired Skills:

    • Collect and analyze bathymetric data for inclusion in a navigation product
    • Demonstrate knowledge of geospatial data requirements, sources, and standards
    • Perform data manipulation, feature extraction, and attribution
    • Process and clean single and multi-beam echo sounder and backscatter data
    • TC/SCI with ability to obtain an CI Poly prior to start.
