    Syntelligent Analytic Solutions is seeking a high-energy, proactive Inside Sales Representative to assist the Sales Team with the coordination of deal-related activities related to the Haystax products including creating and managing inbound lead activity while qualifying active buying interest. The ISR will work with the existing sales team to ensure timely and thorough follow up, proper creation and delivery of proposals, and coordination of internal team needs in line with the solutions proposed. This role will also work with marketing and sales leadership to build inbound lead campaigns and serve as the first point of contact and qualifier before managing that opportunity or coordinating with an outside Account Executive.

    The scope of this role will be sales support across the Haystax Constellation Platform including the specific Safety & Security and Insider Threat/Continuous Evaluation portfolio.

    The position is based in Luray, VA offices of Syntelligent.


    • Work with Marketing and Sales to create outbound indirect sales campaigns
    • Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects via inbound leads and/or qualify inbound leads before managing or transferring to “outside” account executives
    • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of information and feedback from the qualified leads
    • Manage, track, and report ALL activities in Zoho (CRM)
    • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Haystax products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
    • Quickly develop ability to conduct online demos of the Haystax Constellation platform
    • Serve as coordinator for Sales Leadership and Account Executives in support of existing opportunities including but not limited to customer/prospect follow up, proposal development, sales operations, product roll out/enhancements, etc.



    • 1+ years of experience in sales development, sales, and/or marketing (Software as a Service a plus, but not required)
    • Cold calling and strategic prospecting experience
    • Knowledge of the public and corporate security landscape and/or an ability to learn rapidly
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Ability to work with customers in a professional manner
    • Highly motivated self-starter, driven, and sales/customer service focused
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, occasionally ambiguous environment
    • CRM experience a plus
