Syntelligent is seeking a Technical/Intelligence Recruiter (virtual) to work with our team in developing and implementing the recruiting strategy. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to use your skills to establish sound relationships with program managers and candidates, create recruiting strategies to ensure success in filling requirements, possess excellent sourcing skills, develop a strong network of passive candidates, work collaboratively with our team and reinforcing our Syntelligent brand to attract the best qualified to join our team and serve the missions we support.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent recruiting techniques and innovative ideas to lead to overall success of the business. Other duties will include consulting with business on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, compensation guidelines and other Syntelligent processes. Candidate will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate push-back and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service. Candidate will have a knowledge and understanding of the needs of the Intelligence community as well as the government contracting industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The recruiter will support efforts for current positions as well as proposal requirements. Responsibilities will consist of full life-cycle recruitment supporting various customers and programs: create/enter requisitions in ATS, actively source, screen, submit, selection, offer management (effectively negotiates, prepares, and extends offers) and coordinate onboarding with the team. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports.
Secret clearance desired.
