    Syntelligent is seeking a PART-TIME Office Housekeeper to support for upcoming work in our busy HUBZone office in Luray VA.  Syntelligent is seeking a Part Time Office Housekeeper to clean and maintain the cleanliness of our Luray Office.  Hours to be determined but candidate should expect to work at least 2 hours per day/ 40 hours per month.  This position will report to the Office Manager located in Luray. Candidate MUST BE a RESIDENT OF PAGE COUNTY.



    Tasks the Office Housekeeper will be expected to perform:


    • emptying wastebaskets at each desk
    • dusting each desk, filing cabinet and fixture in the offices, including windowsills and blinds
    • Dry mopping the floors in the hall, bathroom and front entryways, wet mopping 2 or 3 times a week as necessary to ensure the floors are clean from debris.
    • Cleaning the glass at the front entrance, ensuring it is kept free from dirt and fingerprints
    • Vacuuming the rugs in front entrance, at reception, and the carpeted areas in each office.
    • Deep cleaning of the bathroom, this would include scrubbing the toilets, floor, sink and cleaning the mirror
    • Maintain supplies in the bathroom such as: (toilet paper, paper towels and soap)
    • Clean back office space--bathroom and hallway, steps, and front glass, lifting and cleaning under the rubber mat at least once a week
    • Notify the Office Manager of any needed/requested supplies before running out
    • This position reports to the Office Manager
    • Maintain a routine schedule which will be approved monthly with the Office Manager


    Candidate must be:

    • Dependable and courteous, report to work as scheduled
    • Prior professional cleaning experience preferred
    • Authorized to work in the U.S
