    Responsibilities

    Syntelligent is seeking a CT/CI Analysts for upcoming work supporting EUCOM in Molesworth, UK.
     
    Tasks will include:
     

    The Analyst shall conduct all-source analysis and production on Violent Extremist Organizations (VEOs), Foreign Intelligence Services (FIS), the ITN, and other regional state/non-state actors in support of USEUCOM objectives. The Analyst shall provide network analysis and research by screening all-source intelligence reporting; assessing, and summarizing evaluated and previously unevaluated information; discriminating threat information from all-source intelligence; fusing information into actionable intelligence and intelligence products; and, disseminating warnings, targeting, and threat analyses, as appropriate.

    Additionally, in order to ascertain linkages and patterns associated with malign networks, the Analyst shall perform data correlation, link analysis, trend identification, and assessments, as required. The Analyst shall have experience using network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook, Palantir, etc.

    CT and CI Support shall include, but is not limited to, the following focus areas and/or activities:

    1. Theater threats, including transnational threats from state and non-state such as ISIS and Al Qaeda (AQ) (and various branches of AQ), and Russian malign influence.
    2. Counter-Facilitation, including network analysis and identification and monitoring of key individual and leadership figures such as the ITN.
    3. CT support to combat FIS threats throughout the theater to support force protection requirements.
    4. Maintaining a Foreign Terrorist Fighter database.
    5. Supporting a 24 hours per day, seven days per week (24/7) CT I&W watch.

     

    Qualifications

    Required Experience:
     
    Journeyman- Mid Level
    • With a Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 3 years of related experience supporting military focused Intelligence Analysis, Production, and/or Dissemination.
    • With an Associate’s degree, minimum of 5 years of related experience supporting military focused Intelligence Analysis, Production, and/or Dissemination.
    • With a high school diploma, minimum of 7 years of related experience supporting military focused Intelligence Analysis, Production, and/or Dissemination.

     Senior Level:

    • With a Bachelor’s degree, minimum of 3 years of related experience supporting military focused Intelligence Analysis, Production, and/or Dissemination.
    • With an Associate’s degree, minimum of 5 years of related experience supporting military focused Intelligence Analysis, Production, and/or Dissemination.
    • With a high school diploma, minimum of 7 years of related experience supporting military focused Intelligence Analysis, Production, and/or Dissemination.

    All Levels:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in Intelligence Dissemination.
    • Possess a current Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI), with the ability to take a Counterintelligence Polygraph.
