    Responsibilities

    Syntelligent is seeking an Intelligence Tradecraft Program Specialist (level III) for upcoming work in Springfield, Va. The successful candidate will have expertise and skills in key knowledge areas to include program development, data management, and strategic communications planning and execution in order to inform analysts and management about tradecraft advancements, certification, and ATP resources available to help them.
     
    Tasks will include: 

    General duties required to support the Office of Analytic Tradecraft include, but are not limited to:

    • Responsible for maintaining awareness of Analysis Directorate and ODNI tradecraft and training development.
    • Manage and facilitate analytic development programs that benefit GEOINT analysts; promoting and enhancing tradecraft and analytic modernization throughout the NSG.
    • Collaborate frequently with Corporate Requirements, Curriculum Development, and GEOINT Learning Divisions representatives to develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders in the A requirements process.
    • Provide monthly workforce certification status to office leadership.
    • Write articles and other text on analytic tradecraft or similar subjects after interviewing, researching, consulting, and/or observing to gain material.
    • Apply web skills to update up to a dozen office, branch, and specialty web pages, and work with web page developers for SharePoint and Intellipedia to update and create new pages. This work is primarily on COE but also to a lesser extent on SBU.
    • Work with publications officers, editors, and graphics artists to publish articles and create and post publicity such as electronic and hardcopy posters, as well as with other agency communications officers and units to carry out the office communications strategy.
    • Assist with creating and carrying out branding initiatives for office and branches.
    • Work with office members and fellow branch members to create, plan, and support seminars, special events, and other office initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Skills and Experience:

    Required: 

     

    • Demonstrate a firm knowledge of the GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC) program with emphasis on the GPC-Fundamentals and Proficiency Level-II certification program and processes.
    • Demonstrated strong degree of oral and written communication skills, and proven ability to collaborate effectively with seniors, managers, supervisors and other customers.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction, vision, and leadership.
    • A proven record in working independently, as well as working on and/or leading teams.
    • Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
    • A strong ability to analyze data and present statistics in a logical, organized format.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and a background gathering, analyzing, and presenting Directorate level program metrics
    • TS/SCI security clearance required
