    Syntelligent is seeking an Intelligence Knowledge Manager (Level 2) for current work in Colorado Springs, CO, with SharePoint focus to design solutions to complex business processes with the goal of streamlining and improving performance, collaboration, and overall quality of operations. The successful candidate will possess SharePoint skills with knowledge management principals such as metadata tagging, site organization, and maintenance of site. 
    Responsibilities will include:

    ⦁ Promote knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by, among others, strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization, to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems;

    ⦁ Promote collaborative tools such as activity rooms to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners;

    ⦁ Provide support for the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, including workshops, one-on-one guidance, and troubleshooting;

    ⦁ Share experiences across communities of practice, offices, and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing, including preparation of case studies; Help monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities;

    ⦁ Help disseminate information about the organization's knowledge sharing program

    ⦁ Provide Knowledge Management expertise to customers in support of information flow to and from staff components through SharePoint as well as informal training to government customers and colleagues on SharePoint operation, maintenance, utilization and processes. Design, evaluate, document, assess, and implement changes to complex SharePoint farms.

    ⦁ Provide configuration, operation, and maintenance of a SharePoint environment. Troubleshoot problems, research and evaluate fixes as they relate to the client side of SharePoint.

    Guidance: Requires guidance and direction from more senior level technicians, specialists, and managers only when dealing with new, uncertain situations. Provides guidance to lower level technicians and specialists. 


    Training and Certifications. DoD 8570 compliance or information assurance certification commensurate with technical objectives and services required within the task order. Applicable software or hardware training and certifications commensurate with the technical objectives, services required, and IT environment specified within the task order.

    Education and Experience:

    • HS/GED + 8 years 
    • Associates Degree + 6 years 
    • Bachelor’s Degree + 4 years 
    • Master’s Degree + 2 years 
