    Syntelligent is seeking an Operations Planning Support Analyst (Level 3) for upcoming work in the Washington Metro Area. The successful candidate will provide planning, policy, and business Analyst to assist the expeditionary operations office.
    Tasks will include:
    • Lead the coordination of the bi-weekly operations support team and update presentations for key leaders on behalf of agency leadership. This includes preparing deployer status slides and organizing and reviewing deployed leadership/analysis briefs. The candidate will seek out, schedule, and coordinate the delivery of special analytic briefs germane to the support of expeditionary operations and send out appropriately classified briefs via emails and keep an accurate distribution list. The contractor shall work logistics issues, track/update/research action items from report updates, and respond to and resolve assigned tasks in a timely manner.
    • Produce a daily accountability matrix by organizing/editing all deployed site reports into one report. Identify inaccurate, conflicting, or incomplete information, and work with government recruiters, schedulers, and deployed leadership to research and fix these discrepancies. Produce an executive version of the daily accountability matrix.
    • Maintain cognizance of day-to-day critical government activities pertaining to systems technology and data, and then communicate issues and concerns to leadership.
    • Lead the coordination of both the bi-weekly Afghanistan synch and mission manager meetings, to include preparing the agenda and writing and editing the minutes from the meetings. Send out calendar invites with meeting minutes attached, keep up an accurate distro list, and work with a video-teleconferencing team on logistics. Track, research, and update action items from the meetings, and respond/resolve assigned tasks in a timely manner.
    • Provide input to the generation of a Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) for agency support to expeditionary operations based on lessons learned from current deployers.
    • Provide assistance with DoD Global Force Management requests, attend weekly VTC meetings, and work with leadership to accept or reject specific agency requests for forces.
    • Maintain strong lines of communication with deployed leadership teams, and coordinate between government and agency leadership, deployers, and COCOMS on issues impacting expeditionary operations.
    • Attend Operational Planning Team meetings for emerging and new requirements of expeditionary operations, and keep leadership informed of potential impacts of new requirements to existing deployed/operational resources. Attend other analytic round tables and IC special interest meetings concerning agency deployed analysts.



    Required Qualifications/Experience:
    • Have a basic understanding of the DoD
    • Possess demonstrated negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and desktop publishing tools with demonstrated editing skills.
    • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with in-scope CI Poly (or ability to attain one prior to starting)
