    Responsibilities

    Syntelligent is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Reviewer for work in Washington, DC.
     
    Tasks will include:

     

    The Senior Quality Assurance Reviewer will provide and oversee quality assurance for an assigned workload, such as a very large case or family of cases, or the Records management function, under the guidance of the QA Manager. He or she will analyze written instructions prepared by Litigation Support contractors for consistency, completeness and ease of comprehension, and report discrepancies and proposed changes. 

     

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Perform QA reviews for assigned workload
    • Review work performed by QA Reviewers
    • Attend and analyze coder training sessions provided by Litigation Support contractors
    • Follow established procedures to generate samples for the populations to be reviewed
    • Calculate, analyze and record results of QA review
    • Assign or redistribute work to QA Reviewers, monitors workflow, priorities, quality, and timeliness of deliverables
    • Develop written procedures for QA related activities for the assigned workload
    • Provide timely and accurate tracking and reporting of all QA
      activities and production statistics
    • Provide analytical reports on Litigation Support contractor performance upon request
    • Lead or participate in Process Reviews

     

    Qualifications

    Required Experience:
    • Bachelors’ degree in an applicable field
    • 3 years in addition to the experience above, in a combination of equivalent training and professional work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
    • 2 years of work experience, including 1-year experience in QA/QC or automated litigation support, preferably in the areas of electronic discovery, imaging, coding, database review for accuracy and completeness, full-text database reviews, and case management
    • Knowledge of ORACLE, Concordance, and Summation
    • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
    • Public Trust Clearance required

    Additional qualifications include:

    •  

    • Excellent analytical and language skills, both oral and written
    • Knowledge of the methodology, instructions, and accuracy standards for producing litigation
      support products
    • User level familiarity with office automation networks, PC-based databases, server-based
      databases, and other applications
    • Must have hands-on familiarity with the network, telecommunications, and operating systems environment of the applications being supported
    • Experience with agency office automation environments extremely helpful
    • Should be an expert user of the Government's word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems
