    Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC is seeking multiple Junior, Mid and Senior All-Source Intelligence Analysts to support upcoming program efforts in Tampa, FL.  


    **This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance.



    Syntelligent is looking for personnel with an active TS/SCI clearance and the skills and knowledge to support a customer's need for situational awareness and warning. The ideal All-Source Analyst should be knowledgeable in analytic tradecraft and experienced in continuously assessing, reviewing, collating, corroborating, analyzing, and maintaining a wide variety of all-source intelligence reports, finished intelligence products/reports, and intelligence/operational data necessary for the customer to fulfill its intelligence analysis, production, application, and dissemination responsibilities, which include written, graphic, and/or oral delivery.

    Tasks Include:

    • Conducting all-source analysis of the USCENTCOM AOR by gathering and analyzing information.
    • Preparing all-source intelligence products in accordance with DIA analytic tradecraft standards
    • Performing source evaluations, including HIMINT and SIGINT evaluations
    • Identifying intelligence gaps, specifies collection requirements to fill information gaps, and evaluates intelligence collected in response to requirements
    • Assisting in determining the significance and reliability of incoming information
    • Assisting in establishing and maintaining systematic cross-referenced intelligence records and files
    • Receiving and processing reports and messages
    • Assisting in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in an adversaries capabilities vulnerabilities and probable courses of action
    • Preparing Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE) and Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) products
    • Being prepared to work shifts, if necessary, which cover 24 hours a day, seven days a week and to deploy, when necessary




    Junior - Bachelor or masters degree, or, specialized training and 2-3 years intelligence analysis experience or 3-4 years of military intelligence experience and recent equivalent intelligence/academic experience. Familiar with ODNI analytic standard.

    Mid - Bachelor or masters degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training and 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience and recent equivalent intelligence/academic experience. Proficient with ODNI analytic standard.

    Senior - Bachelor or masters degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training and 10+ years intelligence analysis experience and recent equivalent intelligence/academic experience. Expert in ODNI analytic standard.


    Qualified Analysts Should:


    • Have familiarity with IC systems and databases
    • Have a general understanding of all source intelligence collection methods and the ability to fuse collected information into usable products
    • Be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
    • Be proficient in the use of basic intelligence computer applications and intelligence related automation, including MS Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) to support analytical research and writing skills.

    • Terrorism (Includes Terrorism, counter-terrorism (CT), CT threat warning, illicit activities, and personnel recovery)

    • Weapons of Mass Destruction
    • Energy/Environmental

    • Order of Battle

    Security Requirement: 

    • TS/SCI Security clearance or higher

    REQUIRED: Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher DIE Certification) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire (
