    Syntelligent is seeking a Program Manager with an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (DHS Suitability preferred) to manage current business as well as drive and build new Intelligence related business opportunities supporting DHS and component agencies.
    Tasks will include:
    • Exercises responsibility for multiple Intelligence contracts and projects within DHS.
    • Establishes and clearly communicates corporate vision, implementing service delivery methodologies and processes across multiple contracts while maintaining a level of program structure program quality, and operating within standards 
    • Defines, scopes, and supervises personnel, resource requirements, plans, schedules, and remediation measures for projects
    • Monitors, controls, and communicates project, budget, staffing, schedule, and performance status; prepares status reports; effectively manages program and project scope.
    • Manages program financials in accordance with corporate policies and standards
    • Oversees application of standards and processes
    • Oversees financial, technical, and quality services of subcontractors as required.  
    • Ensures all required security requirements are met. 
    • Ensures senior management is kept apprised of significant issues and program direction.  
    • Participates in strategic business planning, business development activities, solution development, and drive innovation, and alignment of corporate investments with new and emerging customer needs; identify opportunities for growth.
    • Meets and engages with clients and stakeholders to establish relationships, understand requirements, and communicate accomplishments or issues. Ensure collaboration between program and stakeholders. 
    • Supports new business development efforts within existing customer base and related agencies, including responding to RFPs



    Required Experience and Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
    • Minimum of 6 years’ program management experience with experience managing multiple intelligence programs/projects within DHS or its components
    • PMP certification desired.
    • Experience with the “prime/sub” relationship and management of subcontractors / vendors.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, effective problem solving, and organizational skills.
    • Exceptional written, oral, listening, and presentation skills.
    • Solid contacts /network within DHS/Components Intelligence as well as with system integrators
    • Able to communicate with customers at highly technical level about intelligence requirements and conceptualize solutions for these challenges.
    • Demonstrated experience in writing proposals supporting the IC.
    • Good organizational, time management and attention to detail skills.
    • Motivated team player with a positive attitude who can work independently.
    • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (required) and DHS Suitability (preferred)
