    Syntelligent is seeking a Mid-Level Media Management Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance and a current CI Poly (or ability to obtain) for an immediate position on an awarded/funded contract in Bethesda, MD. 
    Job Summary:
    Works with Media Management Team (MMT) to upload and manage all media that arrives at NMEC. Responsible for coordinating with all offices within NMEC to ensure that they have the media that they need in a timely manner. Participates in sending media to NMEC’s partners and retrieving media from those partners when necessary. Reviews errors and learns about the processes in place that automate the media ingestion and archive workflow. 

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Data entry of information about the media that has been received. This information is manually entered into multiple databases.
    • Create forensic images of media received and copy forensic images to the network share.
    • Learn and oversee the automated tools that ingest the media onto the network.
    • Perform basic forensic triage of media to determine if it is a valid image.
    • Periodically perform courier duties to retrieve or deliver media to/from partners.
    • Scan documents to be able to upload them in a digital format



    • 5-12 Year experience with moderate understanding of IT engineering at a systems level
    • Two years of demonstrated experience and skills in computer forensics and DOMEX.
    • Experience with forensically analyzing computer operating systems and network IT architectures
    • Technical ability to manipulate data to identify areas for technical improvement including architecture and automation.
    • 1-3 years’ experience in DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or Law Enforcement Agency.
    • Experience working in data management/data entry.
    • Experienced with SharePoint
    • Experience working with media image scanning hardware and software.
    • Industry standard forensic certifications (EnCE, ACE, CCE, or GIAC)
    • Working knowledge of forensics.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Experience generating and presenting performance metrics and statistics-based reports to support decisions.
    • (REQUIRED) Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher DIE Certification) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire (


    Preferred: Microsoft or Computer Forensic Certification


    Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.


    Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly or ability to obtain one prior to start date


    Physical Requirements:

    • Normal office environment with controlled temperature and lighting conditions.
    • Periodically required to carry a box of documents or media (up to 25lbs).
