    Responsibilities

    Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC is seeking multiple Business Analysts for Technology Transfer Assessments and Analysis to support upcoming program efforts in Charlottesville, VA.

     

    **This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance. Candidates who do not currently hold this level of clearance will not be considered. **

     

    Duties:  

    • Research, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate extremely complex business data pertaining to technology transfer subject areas.
    • Conduct analysis and assessments of the risks of technology transfer through export licensing, sales of U.S.-located companies; and conduct risk assessments of technology threats.
    • Develop innovative approaches to analysis and validate analytical conclusions and /or maintain and update extensive intelligence databases, systems, and mechanisms for sharing relevant intelligence information to support on-going and projected projects.
    • Brief and defend analytical outcomes and perform exploitation requirements in coordination with peers and customers throughout the IC.
    • Prepare extensive written assessments and documents and disseminate information through reports and briefs.
    • Develops complex analytical approaches to problems and situations for which data is incomplete, controversial, or for which no precedent exists.

    Qualifications

    Required Experience

    • Demonstrated experience working technology transfer risk assessments in one or more of the following areas:
      • CFIUS Assessments
      • Export License Reviews
      • Risk Assessments Technology Transfers (RATTs)
      • Science and Technology Intelligence (S&TI) analysis
    • Experience writing DIA product lines and possessing a knowledge of the IC and/or DoD missions and functions.

     

    Required Education/Work Experience

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in intelligence, engineering, sciences, social sciences, or related discipline.
    • 4+ years of experience with business components, structures, practices and policies from a total business perspective; an additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of educational degree.

     

    Desired Skills/Experiences:

    • Familiar with utilizing Web 2.0 technologies for developing networking opportunities for exchanging information on technology transfer.

     

    Security Requirements: U. S. Citizenship is required.
