    Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Technology Transfer Assessments and Analysis to support upcoming program efforts in Charlottesville, VA.


    **This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance. Candidates who do not currently hold this level of clearance will not be considered. **



    • Provide onsite supervision of contractor activities for prime and subcontractor staff
    • Provide technical support to arrange, host, and attend technical meetings and conferences in support of contract work
    • Make recommendations and implement actions for more effective contract oversight/management
    • Develop monthly status reports which summarized contract status and issues
    • Prepare and present quarterly in-progress reviews (IPRs)
    • Research, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and integrate extremely complex intelligence data pertaining to technology transfer subject areas.
    • Locate, synthesize, and interpret large amounts of textual and technical data such as Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), finished intelligence (FINTEL), filtered real-time data feeds, message traffic, directed­ searches results, and task-specific, specialized data sources
    • Conduct analysis and assessments of the risks of technology transfer through export licensing, sales of U.S.-located companies; and conduct risk assessments of technology threats.
    • Develop innovative approaches to analysis and validate analytical conclusions and /or maintain and update extensive intelligence databases, systems, and mechanisms for sharing relevant intelligence information to support on-going and projected projects.
    • Brief and defend analytical outcomes and perform exploitation requirements in coordination with peers and customers throughout the IC.
    • Prepare extensive written assessments and documents and disseminate information through reports and briefs.


    Required Experience

    • Demonstrated experience working technology transfer risk assessments in one or more of the following areas:
      • CFIUS Assessments
      • Export License Reviews
      • Risk Assessments Technology Transfers (RATTs)
      • Science and Technology Intelligence (S&TI) analysis
    • Experience writing DIA product lines and possessing a deep knowledge of and skill:
      • In applying advanced intelligence concepts, principles, practices, laws, regulations, methods and techniques.
      • The analytic standards identified in IC Directive 203
      • The IC and/or DoD missions and functions.


    Required Education/Work Experience

    • Certified at DAWIA Level III or equivalent in the project management functional area
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in intelligence, engineering, sciences, social sciences, or related discipline.
    • 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience (preferably technology based)
    • 6+ years of experience in project management in support of the DOD and (preferably) the IC.


    Desired Skills/Experiences:

    • Familiar with utilizing Web 2.0 technologies for developing networking opportunities for exchanging information on technology transfer.


    Security Requirements: U. S. Citizenship is required.
