Responsibilities include:
- Assist in developing GEOINT and all-source products in support of the Command’s OPLAN Annex B Priority Intelligence Requirements.
- Access and exploit softcopy National Technical Means (NTM) imagery. Contractor shall also access, author, and edit GEOINT findings through the IC’s GEOINT processing and dissemination system.
- Coordinate with the government representative to plan, prioritize, and forecast analytic projects

Syntelligent is seeking a Multi-Int Collection Requirements Manager with an active TS/SCI for upcoming work in the Omaha, Nebraska area.
Responsibilities include:
- Support the Government’s need for responsive and effective collection management. The contractor shall write or assist the government in writing GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT, SIGINT, and OSINT requirements. Contractor shall coordinate draft requirements with the relevant agencies and submit requirements for IC action.
- Maintain metrics on existing requirements, i.e., the team’s active requirements and the IC’s success rate in meeting the requirements. The Contractor shall identify shortfalls to the government in a timely manner and recommend corrective measures.
- Develop assessments and or intelligence products addressing collection capabilities, strategies, results, or other topics as requested by the Government.
- Develop intelligence production requirements via the Community Online Intelligence System for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM).
- Participate in the STRATJIOC collection management working groups and, as necessary, advocate for collection prioritization against strategic weapon systems.
